Quality

From raw materials to the finished product, quality control is central to our brand’s identity. The quality requirements of our Group are extremely high, both for our products and our suppliers’. Purchasing

The Purchasing teams define the purchasing strategy and the Group’s supply policy. Sourcing is carried out internationally – Europe, Asia, Northern Africa – for current and future product families.

Industrial

Supply Chain - Logistics

Customer service is one of the Group’s priorities. The Supply Chain and Logistics teams are constantly seeking to optimise their service.  These jobs are divided in 2 departments within the Group, for upstream and downstream Supply Chain.
The Industrial Supply Chain Department aims to increase the reliability of flows and all operations of the industrial and logistics chain, by being flexible and reactive, from the management of raw materials stock to the management of commercial emergencies.
The Commercial Operation’s Department aims to increase the reliability of sales predictions, the optimisation of end product stock management and intervenes in the collection validation process.

Profile:

Marketing

The Group’s brands have ambitious development policies. In a strongly international context, the teams working in the head office define and implement a strategic vision for their brand. In addition to corsetry, marketing teams work on the development of new categories of products (accessories, cosmetics, jewellery) and new distribution concepts.

In subsidiaries, teams manage their brands locally with the distributors and sales personnel. They are able to make strong proposals for their development in coherence with local customers.

Communication

Information Systems

In an international context, developing new information systems which have an effect on our jobs is an essential task. Data exchange between different Group activity centres and the setting up of decision making software allow our work with customers to evolve everyday.
