Team Spirit
Communication and proximity management are essential to the company’s Human Resource strategy. They allow us to maintain a strong link between employees, develop their pride in belonging to the company and sow the seeds of a common project. These are all real vectors for motivation.
To achieve this, support is central to our philosophy: from employees’ arrival, adapted integration programs are set up; training and internal promotion complete this support system throughout their career in the group.

To best support employees all year round and throughout their career we have set up simple processes which will allow them to have a clear idea of their job, priorities and privileged moments where their work is recognised and their wishes expressed. The company has a real role to play in the support of employees as well as their personal and professional development through training. The company offers training programmes which meet employee’s needs: management, communications, skills, systems, etc. It is an essential vector to allow all employees to personally develop with the group.

The values Listening and Toghether are shared by everyone in the group. With the in-house magazine Rendez-Vous for all employees, or with media and opportunities to meet more targeted audience, we emphasise communication and exchange at all levels to promote team spirit.
